Robert Hunter
Bob Hunter joined PriceMetrix as an advisor in the Spring of 2004. In his advisory role at PriceMetrix, he provides advice and assistance in the development of business models and strategic plans.
Bob’s 35-year career in U.S. and International banking includes the position of CEO at Barclays Private Clients, where he developed a dedicated sales force focused on the delivery of banking and investment services in the United Kingdom. This pioneering effort in the U.K. was soon extended to the bank’s operations in Spain and France. Prior to Barclays, Bob was President of Financial Information at Standard and Poors where he was responsible for the development and delivery of data and analytics to the worldwide retail brokerage and institutional trading industry.
Bob’s institutional and banking background also includes 28 years at The Chase Manhattan Bank, serving both as the Area Executive for Europe, Africa and the Middle East (based out of London) and as Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Global Consumer Financial Services (leading a program to open a network of Investment Services offices specializing in asset management for the affluent market throughout the United States.)
Jacques Malo
Jacques Malo provides advice to PriceMetrix Senior Management Team on technology and general management issues, as well as counsel to select clients.
With over 30 years of IT management experience, Jacques has worked in various senior-level positions at such companies as Mouvement Desjardins, LGS Group, Quebecor Inc., Nurun Inc. International, BCE Emergis, National Bank Electronic Commerce and AGTI Consulting Services Inc. At LGS, Jacques re-aligned the sales approach and implemented a coherent management team, resulting in significantly increased sales and profitability. Responsible for operational re-engineering at Desjardins, Jacques created a sales culture, reduced operating costs and markedly increased customer satisfaction.
Reuven Battat
Reuven Battat has extensive experience in business management and technology having served as a board member and CEO for a number of international private and public companies. He has experience in all aspects of management, including sales, marketing, operations and R&D. He was selected as one of the Top 10 Electronic Commerce Visionaries by eCom magazine. Most recently, he was CEO of Actimize, a leading provider of anti-money laundering and compliance solutions to the financial services industry. Reuven was also CEO of ProcureNet before it was acquired by SAIC. Earlier, as Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Computer Associates, Reuven led the development and marketing of CA's award-winning Unicenter enterprise management solution. He is one of the original patent holders of Unicenter, which was named one of the most important software products of the 90s by Information Week. Reuven specializes in strategy, R&D, and strategic alliances.
Larry Silverstein
Larry Silverstein is a CPA who has worked in the securities industry for twenty-five years as a senior financial professional, a Chief Financial Officer and as a member of Executive Management at such companies as the former First Boston Corporation, Needham & Company, and Schwab Capital Markets LLC. Recently Larry was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Ryan Beck & Co., a regional broker-dealer located in Florham Park, New Jersey. Larry has taught at the New York University School of Continuing Education and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
John Wyllys
John Wyllys has over 30 years experience in the securities industry. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1976 as a Registered Representative, ultimately becoming a branch manager. During his tenure, John developed and managed offices in Florida, the Midwest and New England, retiring in 2000 as Senior Vice President. John's retirement was short lived, however, as he joined Ryan Beck & Co., Inc. in 2001 as Executive Vice President, Director Private Client Group. As a member of the Executive Management team, John had direct P&L responsibility for growing the Retail Division of the firm. In five years, prior to the company's merger with Stifel Nicolaus in 2007, Private Client revenues had grown 600% while the sales force grew 400%. The combined firm is currently the 12th largest on Wall Street.
Jack Zwingli
Jack Zwingli is Chief Executive Officer of Audit Integrity, a leading provider of independent research and risk management services. Jack has led businesses both large and small to notable success. As general manager of the Investment Services division of Standard & Poor's, Jack had overall management responsibility for Standard & Poor's Compustat financial database services, the equity analytical group responsible for producing stock ratings and Stock Reports, and S&P global indices including the company's venerated "S&P 500 Index." Prior to his tenure at S & P, Jack was CEO of Vantra Group, Inc., a software and ASP business providing online brokerage technology. Jack led Vantra to a market-leading position and eventual sale to ADP. Jack holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
