The Senior Team at PriceMetrix brings a solid blend of experience to the opportunity at hand. Over the past two decades, the team has worked extensively with investments distributors and manufacturers, and has led change management efforts and revenue growth in a number of industries.

Doug Trott
President & CEO

Doug Trott, President & CEODoug Trott co-founded PriceMetrix in 2000 bringing 18 years of strategy consulting experience in the retail and wholesale financial industries. Under his leadership, PriceMetrix has become the leading global provider of Productivity Management solutions for the Wealth Management industry. In his role as President & CEO, Mr. Trott focuses on the business development and growth of PriceMetrix, setting the company's strategic direction in meeting the evolving needs of North American brokerage and Wealth Management firms.

Prior to PriceMetrix, Mr. Trott founded The Taddingstone Consulting Group, Inc., a boutique strategy firm specializing in the North American Wealth Management industry. Taddingstone conducted over 75 consulting engagements for banks, retail brokerage firms, money managers and mutual funds. Global clients include ING, UBS, JP Morgan, Citigroup and Fidelity. He began his consulting career at Oliver, Wyman & Co., where he rose to become Senior Partner and Country Head for Canada.

Mr. Trott holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Patrick Kennedy
Vice President, Product Group

Patrick Kennedy, Vice President, Product GroupPatrick Kennedy co-founded PriceMetrix in 2000 and assumed the role of chief architect of the underlying technical framework - the Revenue Productivity Platform. Mr. Kennedy currently leads the team responsible for building and executing against a multi-year product strategy, including product planning, design, and quality assurance.

Mr. Kennedy brings an impressive track record in the development of business performance measurement frameworks. Prior to co-founding PriceMetrix, he was a Senior Consultant at The Taddingstone Consulting Group, Inc., a boutique strategy firm specializing in the North American Wealth Management industry. At Taddingstone, he led the Small Business Financial Services practice, and participated in over 20 consulting engagements including: sales force optimization, performance evaluations, revenue acquisition and valuation mandates, profitability improvement initiatives and pricing evaluation and design projects for a wide variety of clients.

Mr. Kennedy holds a degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jeff Marsden
Vice President, Client Group

Jeff Marsden, Vice President, Client Services and Advisory GroupJeff Marsden co-founded PriceMetrix in 2000 with Doug Trott and Patrick Kennedy. In his role, Mr. Marsden leads the team responsible for the delivery and support of the PriceMetrix Programs, Tools and Advisory Services. He is actively involved in business development efforts and co-chairs the Product and Program Development Committee.

Mr. Marsden brings a keen understanding of both the operations and the opportunities facing the investments industry as a result of nearly a decade of experience as both a manager and a consultant to the Wealth Management industry. Before founding PriceMetrix, he was a principal at The Taddingstone Consulting Group, Inc., a boutique strategy firm specializing in the North American Wealth Management industry. At Taddingstone, he had responsibility for the Brokerage Practice, leading or participating in over 30 consulting engagements including: acquisition and due diligence mandates, profitability improvement initiatives and pricing evaluation and design projects for a wide variety of clients.

Mr. Marsden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Brent Geddes
Chief Financial Officer

Brent Geddes, Chief Financial OfficerBrent Geddes serves PriceMetrix as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Brent oversees all financial related functions of the company, including Operational and corporate finance, contracting and capital management.

Brent has years of proven experience performing as financial lead for a variety of technology related organizations. Prior to joining PriceMetrix, Brent was the Vice President Finance and CFO for AudienceView Ticketing Corporation, an advanced ticketing services provider to arenas, stadiums, theaters, and other venues worldwide, as well as Vice President Finance for Casero Inc., a leading provider of infrastructure software to broadband service providers; and, Director, Finance for Solect Technology Group, a leading provider of customer care and billing software to internet service providers.

Brent holds CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designations.

Cory Weech
Vice President, Technology Group

Cory Weech, Vice President, Technology GroupCory Weech joined PriceMetrix in 2004 to lead our Operations and Development areas. As Vice President, Technology, Mr. Weech leads a number of teams responsible for building, securing, operating and supporting the PriceMetrix Productivity/Server platform. He also serves as the company's Chief Information Security Officer.

Mr. Weech has extensive experience in the professional services, IT outsourcing and software development industries. Most recently, he was Vice President, Technical Services at Necho Systems, where he led a team responsible for systems integration and technical advisory services in both North America and Europe, as well as, the operation of Necho's hosted solution. Previously, Mr. Weech was involved in helping to build a technology infrastructure management company, where he served as Director of National Planning and Deployment. He began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen Consulting, specializing in telecommunications and CRM solutions.

Mr. Weech holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Harold Westervelt
Vice President, Sales

Harold Westervelt, Vice President, SalesHarold Westervelt joined PriceMetrix in 2008 after over 18 years in the financial services industry. In addition to leading the sales team, Mr. Westervelt is a member of the management committee and has brought his extensive industry experience to all aspects of the business. PriceMetrix provides Mr. Westervelt the opportunity to use his experience in helping Retail Advisors and the firms they represent realize the value of their business.

Before joining PriceMetrix, Mr. Westervelt spent ten years as a part of the Thomson Reuters management team. He was responsible for the Retail Wealth Management sales force which included both front and back office services. Prior to Thomson Reuters Mr. Westervelt spent eight years at Standard & Poor's Equity Services in both a sales and sales management capacity.

Mr. Westervelt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications from Missouri State University and a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.

Jong Choi
Vice President, Integration Services

Jong Choi, Vice President, Integration ServicesJong Choi serves PriceMetrix as Vice President, Integration Services. In this role, Mr. Choi leads the team responsible for the successful launch of the PriceMetrix ValueOne Program for new clients from kick-off to the successful transition to the Client Delivery Team. The Integrations Team is also responsible for assisting clients and partners with deploying PriceMetrix products within the operating platform.

With over 16 years of retail brokerage and financial services experience, Mr. Choi brings a solid depth of industry knowledge and experience. Prior to joining PriceMetrix, Mr. Choi served as Director, Business Planning and Controls at CIBC. In this role, Mr. Choi contributed to the growth of CIBC Wood Gundy and Investors Services Inc. with his involvement in the development of the web offering, trading applications, portfolio applications and the managed products business. Prior to CIBC, Mr. Choi served as Project Manager at ScotiaMcLeod, focused on the delivery of a variety of wealth management initiatives.

Mr. Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Katrina Cheung
Director, Client Program Delivery

Katrina Cheung, Director, Client Program DeliveryKatrina Cheung joined PriceMetrix in September 2000 and pioneered the client relationship role. Currently, she leads the Client Program Delivery team and has the overall responsibility for program support, client training and program development.

Ms. Cheung has been a key architect of the PriceMetrix Program since its inception, building the client user experience and creating the training and development programs. Prior to PriceMetrix, she was a senior consultant at Andersen Business Consulting, where she specialized in helping companies redefine their business processes and manage and implement structural change.

Ms. Cheung holds an honors degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Stephen Dakis
Director, Sales

Stephen Dakis, Director, SalesStephen Dakis joined PriceMetrix in 2007 and brings over 20 years of business and market development experience. As Director, Sales, Mr. Dakis is responsible for bringing the PriceMetrix value proposition to North American retail investments firms.

Mr. Dakis combines considerable sales experience with a broad knowledge of the retail investments business in both the U.S. and Canada. Over the last 12 years, he has held a variety of business development positions at Reuters, most recently representing enterprise wealth management solutions for both Reuters America and Reuters Canada. He understands the unique requirements for developing integrated financial advisor desktops and the importance of streamlining workflows to improve advisor productivity. Prior to Reuters, Mr. Dakis spent 3 years as VP Sales & Marketing for Systran Software, building the firm's retail channel. Before that, he was an award winning Financial Consultant for over 6 years, initially with Shearson Lehman Hutton and later, Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Dakis' prior role as a Financial Consultant, combined with his experience at Reuters in understanding how best to improve advisor productivity, uniquely qualify him to help investment firms and their advisors realize the value of the PriceMetrix offering.

Kim Lloyd
Manager, Human Resources

Kim Lloyd, Manager, Human ResourcesKim Lloyd joined PriceMetrix in 2005 as Manager, Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for the continued development of staffing & retention strategies, talent management and organizational development of the company.

Ms. Lloyd brings over 15 years of experience in helping early stage companies develop and implement progressive human resources programs and practices. She joined PriceMetrix from Advanced Utility Systems, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of a wide range of HR programs, including the company's MBO Performance Management and Health & Wellness initiatives. Prior to this, she held a variety of progressive HR positions at Quartet Service Corporation, Algorithmics Inc. and Bain & Company.

Ms. Lloyd is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO), where she is active in their Mentoring Program.
