Using the Household Tracker in ValueOne

Use the Household Tracker in ValueOne to track the progress of your practice from a household quality perspective.

To access the Household Tracker, click on the Client Segmentation tab. The Household Tracker is located on the bottom left hand corner of the Client Segmentation page.

The tracker contains a list of measures specific to household quality like core households and single account households.

The first column to the right of the measure shows you the number of households that are in that measure.

The next column shows you how much that metric has changed over the last 12 months. A green number means there is a positive change in that metric, a black number means no change and a red number means there has been a negative change.

To gain further insight on any of the measures shown within the Household Tracker, click on the measure’s name which is hyperlinked.

This will take you to a predefined My List at the household level which shows only households that fit within the parameters of the measure chosen.

This list can then be further customized by using the “Filter” and the “Add and Remove Columns” buttons on the top left hand side of the screen.
